Simple EFT Techniques, which can be learned by anyone, to relieve pain, de-stress & prevent cravings by the use of light tapping on acupressure points on the body and the repetition of specific phrases related to your issue to effect rapid emotional and behavioral changes.
This class is a prerequisite to "Balance In Your Life Is Possible with EFT," a four week workshop immediately following this course.
